Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, entity affiliation, investment preferences, and — where you pursue accreditation — financial information and supporting documentation such as accountant or attorney verification letters, brokerage statements, or tax documentation. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How Verification Documentation Is Handled
Documentation submitted through the accreditation flow is transmitted over TLS, encrypted at rest, and access-restricted to personnel with a legitimate need to review it. Verification materials are retained only for the period required to satisfy our obligations under Rule 506(c) and applicable recordkeeping rules, and are then deleted or archived in restricted storage. We do not sell or rent investor data.
Use of Information
We use collected information to verify accredited investor status, provide access to offering materials, administer investments and distributions, deliver tax documentation, satisfy anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations, and communicate with you about offerings and portfolio reporting.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf — including verification providers, fund administrators, transfer agents, accountants, and legal counsel — and with regulators or other parties where required by law. Service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect investor information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and document watermarking within the deal room. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
